Our system is simple:
1. We work together to review your situation and assess the best way forward.
2. Working with our realtor, you pick the property you like – we buy it for you.
3. You put down a small downpayment and make monthly rent payments with a portion of your rent credited towards your eventual purchase price (usually 2-3 years)
4. You move in and make it your home. During this time, you work with our credit specialist to help prepare for the eventual purchase from us.
5. Once you are able to qualify for a conventional mortgage, you give us notice and within 90 days you are able to buy the house from us and own it outright!
